MK Singing School offers a structured RCM Voice Examination Preparation Program every term for students from Level 1 through Level 10, supporting singers at different stages of their musical and vocal development.

The program is led by Ms. Ke Mao, an accomplished RCM Certified Voice Teacher who has been recognized for several consecutive years as an RCM Regional Gold Medal Teacher in both Ontario and Quebec. Under her professional guidance, students receive systematic training in vocal technique, classical repertoire, musicianship, interpretation, languages, performance skills, and examination preparation.

Through carefully selected, age-appropriate repertoire, students develop healthy vocal habits and build a strong foundation in classical singing. As they progress from the elementary to advanced levels, they strengthen breath control, tone quality, diction, musical understanding, stylistic awareness, and expressive ability.

MKSS students have consistently achieved excellent results in RCM voice examinations, including many First Class Honours and First Class Honours with Distinction. Several students have also received the prestigious RCM Gold Medal, awarded to the student who earns the highest examination mark at their level within the designated region.

More than preparation for an examination, the program helps students build a solid classical foundation, develop disciplined practice habits, and gain the confidence to perform with greater independence, musical sensitivity, and artistry.
